Amendment to Rule 1A-31

The Division of Historical Resources is proposing to amend Rule 1A-31, Florida Administrative Code "Procedures for Conducting Exploration and Salvage of Historic Shipwreck Sites." We are interested in receiving public comments on the proposed amendments. Please use the below form to submit comments electronically.
