Predominant styles are Frame and Masonry Vernacular, Queen Anne, Bungalow, and Colonial Revival. Notable structures are Parrish House, Lamb House, and Carnegie Library. Includes a major portion of the historic residential, commercial, and industrial sections of the town of Palmetto.
