SmartForm II Package:
The SmartForm II program assists recorders of cultural resources in creating, editing, and printing electronic recording forms for the Florida Master Site File. SmartForm II is a Visual Basic and Microsoft Access-based replacement for the old dBase-based SmartForm program. All users of the old SmartForm should switch to SmartForm II for any new submissions to the Site File.
Click on the link above and then click 'Save' in the File Download dialog to save the SmartFormII_Install.exe file to your hard drive. This self-extracting zip file contains the SmartForm II installation files. After downloading the file, follow the program installation instructions in the SmartForm II User's Guide.
